If a problem arises during your time with us, please bring it to our attention immediately. Contact your nurse or the nurse manager on your floor. In addition to in-room resources, we also have a Patient Advocate who can assist you. Call someone will respond as quickly as possible. Advocates help ensure patients have satisfactory hospital stays, promote the respect and dignity of patients, and educate patients about the changing healthcare environment. They assist patients in understanding patient rights and responsibilities and provide an avenue through which a patient may voice a concern, suggestion, problem or complaint with assurance it will be addressed and, when possible, resolved.
